The main part of the "wall" consists of a doorway into room 1. However, above the door the wall is constructed in opus incertum-style and it consists of limestone, lava, and cruma.
There is a modern concrete lintel above the door. The lintel is circa 1.05 m wide and 0.10 m thick/high.
The mortar of the wall is dark grey and mainly contains grains of lava.
There is no plaster remaining on the wall.
The wall above the lintel (as well as the lintel itself) is probably entirely a modern reconstruction.
